Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate matters to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of our legal technology products and services.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide timely solutions.
• Stay updated on legal trends and proactively advise on potential legal risks.
• Negotiate and settle disputes, and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Assist in due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Keep abreast of industry-specific regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

Qualification & Experience

• LLB / LLM degree
