Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, analyzing, preparing, all types of commercial contracts for the procurement of goods and services.

• Strong drafting skills for preparing Agreements/Deeds/MoUs/ Show cause notice/Legal Notice, review, analyze, revise, and execute commercial contracts; to ensure Company's business interest.

• Follow up legal/litigation matters with any external legal counsel appointed by the Company.

• Preparing summary sheets/doing research work regarding arbitration matters of the Company.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may appropriate

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must.

• Should have 4-5 years' of experience preferably in infrastructure projects.
