Responsibilities

To examine compliance documents to ensure businesses are in compliance with all relevant Rules & Regulations.

To recommend the Management on the current company's compliance with Rules and Regulations through elaborated Management Reports.

To ensure compliance with prevailing regulations and controls by examining and analyzing records, reports and documentation; and recommending opportunities to strengthen the legal documentation.

To draft the recent legal updates on a frequent basis.
