Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research (legal position, precedents, case law analysis etc.)

• Drafting, formatting & reviewing of petitions, Agreements , legal notices etc

• Well versed with the provisions of Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, Taxation laws, IBC, SARFEASI and knowledgeable about the procedures before NCLT, NCLAT , DRT, DRAT and other forums

• Brief and assist Advocates in a time bound manner

• Other ad hoc work assigned on a need basis

Qualification & Experience

• LL.B./ LL.M. qualified advocates preferably residing in Kerala

• Minimum 1 -2 Year experience - Corporate Law Firm

• Experience in using platforms such as Manupatra, Kluwer Arbitration, Westlaw, SCC etc.
