Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Draft title opinions on the Maatrum platform

• Coordinate with clients for understanding their policy/requirements and delivery of reports including handling of queries.

• Work closely with the Operations and Tech Team to improvise the TAT, Process, and Software.

• Ensure the quality of the reports are maintained as per clients’ credit policy and Maatrum standards.

• Provide solutions when there are issues for the in-house team to process legal opinions.

Experience

• Possess min 3 - 7 years of experience in giving Title Diligence Opinion for banks and NBFCs and/or Construction companies

• Agile with an open mindset to change traditional ways of working

• Versatile Computer Knowledge

• If Multi-lingual, it is an added advantage

• Vernacular language (Reading and speaking fluently mandatory)
