Job Description:

  • Startup Legal is looking for candidates with good legal acumen and excellent communication skills to help clients with legal advice, provide assistance with preparation of agreements, reviewing , and vetting of contracts.

 

 

Qualification & Experience 

  • LLB Degree from a recognized law college in India.
  • 1-2 years of legal experience
  • Knowledge of Company Law, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Commercial Transactions, Contract Management and preliminary knowledge of Startup related compliances.
