Legal Associate

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various topics related to the client's business
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Review and analyze legal agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage legal databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Assist with legal and regulatory filings and submissions
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external counsel
• Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed
• Litigation support

Qualification & Experience

• Law graduate with 1-3 years of experience
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, including contract law, is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
