Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Assistance in drafting, review of Commercial Contracts
• Assistance with title due diligence in jurisdictions pan India.
• Contract Management.
• Working with external counsel and business teams on understanding and creating product structures.
• Contributing towards knowledge management through research and presentation on relevant structures and regulations in the financial products space.
• Reporting of regulatory and legal developments to managers on a regular basis.

Qualification & Experience

• Lawyer with minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience with companies in the real estate sector or law firm experience with some exposure in financial transaction work, with:
• Working knowledge of corporate law and contract law, would appreciate basic understanding of real estate transaction related documents;
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements etc;
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
