Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafting of Pleadings, Agreements, Notices etc., Court Appearances, Research, Maintenance of MIS, Due diligence etc.

Qualification & Experience

• LLB (Minimum Qualification)

• Advocates with 3 to 5 years litigation experience. The selected candidates would report to our Managing Partner.

• The candidates should also be able to manage litigation.

• Ability to conduct due diligence, do legal research and draft agreements is part of the desired profile.

• We expect the candidates to be well versed with the court and drafting procedures.

• The candidates should have excellent English communication skills. Ability to draft in English is mandatory.
