About The Internship

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Candidate to join our dynamic team in handling Litigation Matters. As a legal associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive Legal support and representing our clients in various litiggation proceedings

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-structured arguments.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients.

Qualification & Experience

• LL. B. (3 years/5 years)
• LL.M (preferred)
• 0-3 years of experience
• Strong interpretation skills
• A willingness to learn
• A problem-solving attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• A creative thinker with innovative ideas
• The ability to think strategically while maintaining a focus on execution
