The individual will also oversee the Content Creation Process of the team while ensuring that editorial standards are maintained and that all content adheres to the Rainmaker’s brand guidelines and requirements.
Contribute to the development of a comprehensive content strategy, identifying opportunities to create impactful and engaging content.
Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, and other resources, catering to the needs of our target audience.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content, staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends.
Lead and mentor a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their capabilities and productivity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with organizational goals.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
Proven experience (3-4 years) in Legal Content Creation, preferably in a corporate or legal publishing environment.
Preferred experience or knowledge in PoSH, Code of Conduct, Data Protection and Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, and Prevention of Insider Trading.
Strong legal research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
