Job Description:

Responsibilities

• End to end drafting, negotiating and execution of various client, user and vendor contracts (including media, content, financial services and entertainment contracts).

• Advise business on queries relating to all compliance, contracts and legal issues.

• Provide support on day to day issues, and advise on risk mitigation & dispute resolution.

• Advice business on various applicable regulations relevant for the transactions/assignments.

Qualification & Experience

• Lawyer with 6-7 years PQE in corporate advisory work as well as contract review experience (including vetting, redlining and negotiation) in the previous company preferably in entertainment, media and digital/IT domain.

• Must also have good drafting, communication and presentation skills, and must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment.
