Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handle litigations civil and criminal litigations in various forums like SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL, NSDL, arbitration.
• Drafting replies, arbitration petitions, written statements, criminal complaints etc.
• Handling matters and appearing before law enforcement agencies i.e. Courts, Police, EOW, RBI, ED etc.
• Co-ordinating with advocates and various stakeholders for litigations.
• Interpret and analyse RBI and SEBI regulations and guidelines to ensure in structuring transactions legally.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, and other departments, to provide legal guidance.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments, new regulations.
• Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and discussions with external parties, including clients, regulatory authorities, and other legal professionals.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized Indian university.
• Regulatory disputes – BSE, NSE, SEBI, CDSL, NSDL experience is a must.
• PQE of 6-7 years as litigation lawyer.
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulatory framework.
