Legal Counsel Consultant

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents such as Statement of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and Master Service Agreement (MSA) to ensure legal binding and enforceability.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on legal and program issues to proactively manage risks.
• Offer support in arbitration, litigation, and mediation processes.
• Conduct legal research and provide commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice.
• Represent the company in court or other legal settings, including arbitration or mediation.
• Perform due diligence investigations to gather evidence for cases involving business transactions or legal disputes.
• Prepare court filings and other necessary paperwork for court appearances.
• Work independently and effectively handle assigned tasks.
• Prepare responses to legal notices.
   

Qualification & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar legal role.
• B.A. LL.B or equivalent law courses (preferred).
