Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle management – From review of T&Cs to contract renewals/termination
- Negotiation with suppliers and customers from a legal perspective
- Assist in any legal dispute resolution.
- Litigation support
- Vetting of any NDAs, POs etc
- Should have experience in client contracts and also been part of RFP/RFQ stage.
- Experience in UK or US customer contracts
