To educate and counsel the delinquent customers regarding the legal aspects of their dues with an aim of successful recovery
Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment
Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts
Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account current
Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure the team meets the targets month on month
Qualification & Experience
Must be a Graduate, preferred in the legal field. DRA certification is an added advantage
Understanding about applicable laws with regards to collection (Sarfaesi act, Section 138, etc.)
