Responsibilities

Keeping day-today track of litigations before lower courts, tribunals, consumer courts, RERA court, etc.

Assist in drafting of applications and agreements.

Assist in drafting and/or replying to legal notices of the group companies.

Liaison with officials of the lower courts, tribunals and consumer courts (upto DCDRF), RERA court.
Qualification & Experience
