Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Compliance management.

  • Drafting of documents & Liasoning with govt. authority

  • Conducting compliance audit at all business locations.

  • Research on applicable laws and amendments thereof.

  • Following up with business users and preparing compliance audit reports.

  • Liasoning with authorities.

 

Qualification & Experience

  • LLB

  • Fresher / 1+ years of experience

  • Basic knowledge of laws, Companies Act, 2013.

  • Awareness of changes/updates in various laws.

  • Positive approach on research of applicable laws

  • Positive approach on learning, application and execution of compliances under various laws applicable to Company

  • MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good communication skill to interact with stakeholders.
