Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a senior team member, meticulously review contracts based on instructions and discussions. Primary responsibilities will be to review contracts such as Non Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Contracts, License Agreements, Subscription Agreements etc. Your attention to detail will help identify key terms, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
• Actively participate in contract negotiations, showcasing your communication and interpersonal skills to reach successful outcomes.
• Be a valuable contributor to the strategizing and execution of legal projects. Your insights and dedication will help drive our team's success.
• Support the legal team with comprehensive research, ensuring we stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Effectively convey complex legal information to individuals and groups in a clear and concise manner, enabling better decision-making across the organization.
