Legal Intern

Job Description:

Responsibilities

The intern would primarily be required to perform the following tasks:-

• Legal Research
• Court visits (Supreme Court, High Court, District Court, and other forums)
• Assistance in drafting 
• Assistance in the filing of cases
• Prepare case briefs/case notes and other documents required by the seniors.
• The intern will be required to perform all incidental tasks relating to litigation and arbitration that the seniors might ask for.

Eligibility 

• 4th & 5th-year law students of BA LLB Course and 3rd-year law students of LLB course.

Duration

• 1-2 months (can be extended)

Stipend

• Based on the performance
