Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Review and deliver pertinent information and data from various contracts and agreements.
• Maintain and update the contract management system with required data points.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate data recording.
• Conduct legal research on various topics as directed by the legal team.
• Vet and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Assist in drafting contract clauses and terms based on research findings.
• Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in a law school and in the 2nd Year of the 3-year law course or the 3rd or 4th year of the 5-year law course.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Work Environment

• This is a fully work-from-office role. Candidates are expected to be present at the company's location during working hours.

Perks

• You will be paid a stipend of INR 25,000 per month.
