Legal Intern/Associate

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant case law, statutes, and regulations
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings, as and when needed.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide support and assistance as needed

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school.
• Strong academic performance and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with legal research tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
