Responsibilities

  • Practical exposure of Handling court cases at Session court, Distt. Court ,Hight courts or any upper court.

  • He should able liaison with Govt authorities & Local police of concern states . extensive travel will be there in this job across the India

  • And He should be Very Good in written & verbal English communication.

  • Good in Legal drafting & understanding Legal Documents & Reply.

 

Experience

  • 3-5 Yrs experience in any corporate or any good legal firms

  • Experience of Recovery cases -138 & Trade mark cases is essential
