Incumbent must have relevant experience of 5-7 Years in affordable housing finance
Hands on experience in persuing title search &valuations Reports and opining business/credit team on clear & marketable title
OR risk/discrepancies associated with the title of the property. Drafting Mortgage/ Security creation documents etc.
Good understanding of Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act & Registration Act.
Should be well versed with the local laws prevailing in the state related to property matters.
Knowledge of corporate legal profile (drafting loan documents, Service Level Agreement, NDA etc.,) would be an added advantage
