Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafting, vetting, negotiating and standardizing various legal and administrative instruments as per business needs and conditions; such as Commercial Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, MoU, Contract Management, Tripartite Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Lease Deed, Purchase Agreements, Supply Agreements, Loan Agreements, Technology Assistance Agreements, Marketing Agreements, LOIs, FinTech Channel Partners Agreements, etc.

• Drafting and negotiating and finalizing various loan and security documents for all businesses including retail and wholesale banking products.

• Drafting, negotiating and finalizing developer funding documentation.

• Preparing Authority Letters, Power of Attorneys, issuing suitable and timely reply to the notices issued against the organization, managing strategic litigations.

• Identifying existing legal risk framework within organizations and suggesting litigants.

• Appraising the relevant stakeholder on various businesses and the legal team.
