Job Description:

Experience

• Tata Capital Financial Services Limited is looking for a legal professional having PQE of 8-14 years in banking and finance (non- litigation) practice in Bangalore.
• Candidate must have extensive experience in vetting of title search reports, corporate finance documentation, negotiation of loan documentation, should be able to provide guidance on stamp duty knowledge of local laws (southem states), mortgage, leasing product and other security documentation.
• Candidate from banks and nbfc background are preferred.
