Job Description:

• Locations . Pan India - 40 positions - Indore, Bhopal, Chandigarh , Karnal, Delhi , Lucknow , Jaipur ,Jodhpur, Raipur, Pune , Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Bangalore,Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore

Qualification & Experience

• Should  be a law graduate and hold a bar council registration.

• Practiced in courts for 1-2 years 

• Minimum 2-5 years experience on legal recovery on  Banking loan portfolios.

• Experience of secured and unsecured  collections thru legal procedures.

• Should possess knowledge of Legal Recovery

• Section 138

• Sarfaesi Procedures

• Arbitration

• Should have experience  in handing warrent executions and. Police station lassoing.

• Should have adequate knowledge on NPA accounts resolution.

• Should have good communication  and negotiation  skills.
