Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing various legal agreements such as master service agreements, vendor agreements, NDA's, service level agreements, settlement agreements, RFP's, leave and license agreements, and more.
Independently manage the entire contract management process using the contract management tool to ensure efficient and organized management of contracts.
Independently manage and resolve legal and contractual queries through the legal help desk, demonstrating expertise in legal matters.
Provide support on critical legal projects and the launch of new products/services.
Offer timely legal advice and assistance to other departments with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong decision-making skills.
Qualification & Experience
LLB qualification with 5-7 years’ experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing various legal contracts.
Strong knowledge of contract law.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and external parties.
