Responsibilities

• Work on interesting cases, take on challenging responsibilities and are able to grow their careers in a collaborative team environment, working with partners who are committed to their success.

• Associate in handling patent, trademarks, designs and copyrights litigation practice.

• Intellectual property litigation experience is a must.

• Providing Legal & Technical Advice.

• Providing contextual advice and expert guidance in trademark litigation.

• Assisting senior team members in allied matters.

• Litigation drafting is a must.

• Clerkship experience preferred but not essential.

Qualification & Experience

• LLB (3 year or 5 year) with 5+ years of Litigation in trademarks/designs/copyrights & Patents.

• Excellent academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are required.

• Experience working in other IP Law Firm(s) or in-house.

• Well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated attorney.

• Enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.
