Job Description:

Experience

• 5+ years of strong experience in :-

• Criminal Law, Criminal Litigation, Criminal Cases, Criminal Matters along with Law Enforcement experience.

• Litigation Experience is a must - You will be responsible for handing and managing the entire litigation portfolio at a PAN India level , that is consumer disputes, general litigation, IPR litigation, labour law disputes, regulatory litigation etc

• The candidate should have experience in drafting notice and pleadings and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Law Enforcement - Handling statutory notices received by the organization and liaisoning with statutory bodies, regulators, government departments and law enforcement departments across India.

• Personal Appearances - Appearing and deposing before courts, statutory authorities, regulatory bodies and other legal forums across India in respect of legal cases filed by or against the organization, summon witness cases etc.

• The candidate should have experience working in law firms (Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 law firms) and preferably a graduate from Premium Universities.
