Manager - Legal

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities.
• Partnerships and New Business Integration, Client Management and Liasioning.
• Structuring, Drafting and Negotiating in relation to Legal Documentation of Project Finance.
• Negotiating and Reviewing of Procurement Contracts and Vendor Agreements etc.
• Organization Liaising and interfacing between relevant external stakeholders.
• Negotiating and Reviewing International Contracts.
• Work closely with external law firms to support the litigation and other contractual matters.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with strong academic credentials.
• 6-10 years of proven experience with quantifiable results in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Working knowledge of Haryana state Real estate laws (must have).
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
• Experience in managing external legal counsels.
