Manager/ Senior Manager (Legal)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.

• Drafting & vetting of agreements.

• Contractual litigations.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings.

• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.

• Keeping liaison with appropriate authorities to ensure smooth proceedings in legal matters, if any.

• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors / Masters degree in law.

• A minimum of 8 - 15 years experience.

• Candidates from Manufacturing / Infrastructure Companies are most welcome.
