Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Act as a legal coordinator, providing guidance on various legal matters and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Handle legal negotiations, disputes, and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Devise and implement effective marketing strategies to drive footfall and enhance brand visibility within the mall environment.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and events tailored to the local market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to maximize collaboration and promotional opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Monitor and assess the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• For the Legal role, a legal qualification is necessary.
• Proven track record of 3-7 years in a similar role within the mall industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in Kannada and English languages.
