Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and identification of novelty search in patents in various technological domains such as electronics, communication, software, information technology, mechanical, etc.

  • Conducting searches for identifying relevant products and/or standards and technical analysis of the documents/literature related to the products and/or standards.

  • FTO (Freedom to Operate) searches / Clearance Searches

  • Landscape Analysis, Invalidity, Novelty searches

  • Claim Charting (EOU)/ claim charts based on the relevant products and/or standards identified.

  • Analytical mindset and problem solving

  • 2 to 4 years of experience
