Job Description:

Qualification & Experience

• B.B.A. + LL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M. / Ph.D. (Law)
• Candidate must be qualified to practice law (enrolled with the Bar), and must have an LLB degree;
• Candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years of work experience from a recognized law firm as a Real Estate Associate;
• Candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English along with proficiency in the local language Hindi;
• Excellent communication skills along with the ability to draft complex agreements and conduct extensive legal research;
• Clear understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape with an understanding of the Land Laws;
• Candidate must have strong teamwork abilities, along with the ability to deliver within deadlines;
• Strong technical skills and analytical skills needed to support the client and manages the matter on a day-to-day basis;
• Ability to pro-actively identify and discuss technical issues with clients while being mindful of firm risk issues;
• Responding effectively to daily client queries and meeting client's expectations;
• Advise clients regarding stamping and registration of property related documents;
• Prepare legal opinions such as Title Search Reports, Legal Audit Reports on real estate matters;
• Drafting and vetting various deeds and agreements related to real estate transactions;
