Provide support for third party agent onboarding by interacting with operating company owners of the process and ensure that agents are onboarded, diligenced, approved, monitored and renewed by each owner.
Order and review diligence; establish process to efficiently review renewal diligence and approve if no changes. Ensure that changes in risk profiles are escalated appropriately.
Manage ongoing renewals and monitoring plans; ensure businesses have a list of agents and their “due by” date and are appropriately seeking renewal
Conduct quarterly Testing & Monitoring across all policies.
Provide support for Compliance & Privacy training and tracking. This will include gathering and inputting employee changes to the GAN system, and assisting with past due reporting and resolution
Manage Investigation assignment, tracking, and reporting; assist with any assigned investigations.
Assist with standard reporting preparation for Hillenbrand Board of Directors meetings.
Need someone who has excellent excel skills – including VLOOKUP and Data/Text manipulation/analysis.
High degree of attention to detail.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law, MBA, CFE, CCEP or any other relevant education with 3 - 5 years of experience
