Job Description:

Responsibilites

• You will act on a wide range of transactions including inbound and outbound M&A transactions.

• The work profile would also include advising tech businesses and their promoters on fund raising and exit transactions, and regulatory advisory.

Qualification & Experience

• A law degree from a leading Indian law school. An LLM from an international law school would be a plus

• 4-5 years of post-qualification experience

• Experience of handling small/mid-size transactions and due diligences with limited supervision; and

• Prior work experience with the corporate practice of a leading firm.
