Drafting, amending and /or reviewing sale deeds, lease deeds, license agreements, partition deeds, etc.
Conducting title diligence of large parcels of land (including agricultural properties outside municipalities) as well as properties located within urban limits.
Reviewing and opining on the revenue records relating to the properties.
Conversant and fluent in Marathi language
Drafting, amending and reviewing agreements relating to equity, quasi-equity and hybrid investments including but not limited to share subscription/ share transfer agreements, shareholders’ agreements, LLP Agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.
Understanding the issues and risks involved with respect to title of immoveable properties
Communicating with the clients on regular basis and explaining the various aspects of the transaction and the issues therein
Reverting with comments on the documents in a timely and efficient manner as the roll over is usually on an overnight basis.
Qualification & Experience
Should have a LL. B. degree from a recognized institution
Candidates having attempted the Solicitors examination held by Bombay Incorporated Law Society will be preferred
Should have at least 3 years of experience in the aforementioned practice area in a law firm
