Experience

  • Post Bar Registration Experience 3+ years.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting, researching, client interactions & public speaking.
  • Prior experience in regulatory and general corporate advisory, intermediaries registrations and commercial litigation relating to SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, SAT, NCLT, NCLAT, etc.
  • Prior work experience with law firm(s), financial regulators and/or law practitioners is preferable.
