Senior Associate

Job Description:

Responsibilities

•  As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to arbitration & mediation, civil and commercial litigation, insolvency, real estate litigation, intellectual property, employment and labour law.
• You will work closely with clients, conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice and guidance.

Qualification & Experience

• Strong knowledge and experience in arbitration & mediation, civil and commercial litigation, insolvency, real estate advisory, intellectual property, employment and labour law, and general corporate advisory
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of Indian laws and legal procedures
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in representing clients before courts and tribunals
• LLB degree from a recognized university
• Bar Council enrollment and license to practice law in India
