Job Description:
Qualification & Experience
- The ideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A law degree (LL.B/ integrated L.L.B) from a reputed law school is essential. He/she/they should be punctual, transparent, responsible and able to take end-to-end accountability for their matters and out of the box thinking approach.
- 3-4 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house legal team.
- Experience in general corporate & end-to-end contract negotiation
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Well versed with the Contracts Act, Employment Laws, Data Protection Laws, Intellectual property Laws, basics of financial services and fintech business is desirable.
