Senior Associate - Legal ( Contracts)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalise various contracts for the business team.
• Negotiate with counterparty and close the agreement efficiently as per the business timelines.
• Modify existing contract templates and draft new ones to suit our growing business.
• Analyse and propose solutions to complex business problems in the e-commerce and tech space.
• Contribute to the legal function and assist with other relevant tasks and responsibilities.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in law with 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Experience in an e-commerce/tech startup will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in commercial contract review.
• Experience with all law-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Proven skills in communicating effectively on legal matters and in creating perfect drafts
• Effective stakeholder management and coordination skills.
