Job Description:

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) / Master of Laws (LLM)
• 3-4 years (Senior Associate)
• Extensive experience in drafting and vetting definitive agreements, providing corporate advisory services, conducting cross-border restructuring, offering FEMA advisory, conducting legal due diligence, handling venture capital funding, and executing private equity deals. 
• Capability and readiness to undertake research-based assignments, generate insightful content, such as advisory reports and structure notes, and to handle legal matters in various jurisdictions, including the United States (US), United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom (UK), Singapore, and other relevant jurisdictions, as required. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership ability, and the capacity to work independently on complex matters required.
• Prior experience in global law, particularly in the United States (US), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Singapore, is advantageous.
