Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Handing Trademark portfolio of Indian / foreign clients
  • Handling opposition and prosecution of trademark
  • Drafting and filing Notice of Oppositions/ Counter-Statements
  • Keeping watch for conflicting marks
  • Attending hearings at Trade Mark Registry
  • Drafting replies to ERs of Trade Mark Applications
  • Well versed with client-communication process
  • Preparing and filing Review Petition; Opposition, Counter-Statement, Rectification and Evidence
  • Checking and evaluating all the procedural details of trade mark registration
  • Dealing with general inquiries related with trade mark protection

 

 

Qualification & Experience

  • LLB / LLM
  • Experience 2 - 6 years
