Liaison between departments on regulatory matters – Finance, Tax, Payroll, Treasury, HR, Legal, Admn, Safety, External HR consultant
Set up the local component of our compliance system and day-to-day management of India compliance matters
Monthly compliance reporting to Management on compliance
Support review and negotiation of supply chain contracts, Statement of Works, Amendments, etc
Review existing supplier contracts to identify existing non-standard terms, risks, obligations and gap analysis between Customer and Supply Chain contracts
Support in developing standardized processes and knowledge manuals for improving efficiency within team and training new sourcing managers

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor of Law from reputed University
Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience working in either renewable energy or manufacturing Companies (preferably Multi-National Companies).
Hands on experience in reviewing supply chain/procurement contracts, managing the contract lifecycle process, prepare all required documentation, coordinating with business and legal for approvals
