Responsibilities

• Your primary task will be to lead the Nyaaya Hindi vertical.
• As a Hindi Lead, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Leading Legal Awareness Programs: You will conceptualize, spearhead, and oversee impactful legal awareness programs conducted in Hindi. You will be responsible for liaising with our on-ground partners and para-legal volunteers in Bihar and beyond. You will also be the point of contact for any follow up questions and grievances that may arise over the course of and/or after the legal awareness programs. 
• Video Content Creation: Collaborating with the Nyaaya team, you will oversee the creation of compelling and informative video content in Hindi. Your expertise in law and communication will help make this legal information accurate and easy to understand.
• Website Management: You will play a vital role in updating and maintaining the Nyaaya Hindi website. You have to ensure that the online platform remains up-to-date and user-friendly and showcases Nyaaya's content effectively to a Hindi-speaking audience.
• Expanding Hindi Content Reach: You will need to identify ways to amplify the reach and impact of Nyaaya's Hindi content. . You will also create content for campaigns, both online and offline, especially in Bihar, collaborating with the Outreach Lead to ensure the broadest possible reach for Nyaaya's content.
• Monitoring Performance and Data Analysis: You will analyze the performance of the Hindi content and gather user feedback to make data-driven improvements. Your strong analytical skills will ensure the continuous enhancement of Nyaaya's work.
• Managing Nyaaya Hindi Social Media Platforms: You will undertake the responsibility of overseeing and managing the Nyaaya Hindi social media platforms. You will closely collaborate with the Nyaaya Content Lead and Communications Manager to strategize and implement the Nyaaya Hindi Social Media Calendar, to ensure that Nyaaya’s content is widely disseminated.
• Manage Ask Nyaaya:  As the Manager of the Ask Nyaaya Legal Helpline, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and streamline the process of answering legal questions received through various channels, including the website's Google form and comments section. You will coordinate with our volunteer cohort of experienced lawyers and law students to ensure timely and accurate responses to these questions. Your role will involve verifying the answers and then delivering them to the individuals who asked the questions.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum five years of experience in either practicing or teaching law
• Fluency in Hindi: As the Hindi Lead, you must possess exceptional proficiency in the Hindi language, both written and verbal.
