Senior Legal Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Drafting non- disclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding
• Conducting extensive due diligence for acquiring companies/properties
• Drafting collaboration agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Loan Agreements, Banking documents, related party agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Long Term Lease deed etc.
• Contract Management: negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements / documents covering financial, commercial, information technology, HR related contracts
• Intellectual Property Rights: Protection of all intellectual property rights of the company by registration
• Identifying the relevant IP of the company post discussions with stakeholder and filing for registration
• Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various issues and provide advice and legal opinions pertaining to various commercial, business and contractual issues and matters

Qualification & Experience

• An ideal candidate will be someone who find himself/herself meeting below traits:
• LLB with experience in Corporate Legal department
• 12-13 years of experience in relevant areas (Acquisition, Mergers, Joint Venture, Collaboration) with 3-4 years (current/previous) of experience in a Law Firm
