Job Description:
Responsibilities
-
Drafting and vetting of agreements including but not limited to: Sale Agreements, Vendor Agreements, lease and license Contracts, Maintenance Agreement, Memorandum Of Understanding, Conveyance Deed, Tripartite agreement, Power of Attorney, Police Complaints

Drafting and review of letters, applications and replies to be filed before appropriate authority/ Forum/ Court

Appear as Authorised Counsel/ Representative before various Courts,Tribunals, Commission and Authority

Represent the Company in various departments including but not limited to Municipal Corporation, Senior Town Planner, EOW, Labour Commissioner,RERA etc.

Take full ownership of legal work and diligently report to the Head of the Department.
Experience

Experience of review, vetting and incorporation of various terms and conditions of agreements, contracts insulating the company from any legal action.
