Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing privacy and data security from a legal, technical and reputational perspective.

• The attorney functions as a business partner to the marketing, HR, IT & IM&S, procurement, supply and commercial functions on all privacy and data protection matters.

• The attorney will need to partner with all stakeholders to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to align with emerging legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Experience

• LLB from a reputed law school. CIPP/DCPP/DCPLA or similar certification.

• 8-10 years of experience in a commercial compliance role, with a focus on data privacy and data protection.
