  • Manage CS work of Private Limited company and related FEMA compliance.
  • Advisory /implementation/ Administration of products which are inline with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, SEBI / Companies Act requirements for ESOPs, Board / Committee meeting's portal

 

 

Qualification & Experience

  • CS / CS with LLB
  • With 1 to 3 years working experience in PCS / corporates
